We appreciate your interest in Bethany Christian Academy and hope you find the following information helpful. We look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your family!

 
Admissions & Enrollment

  • Registration for the upcoming school year begins in February.

  • Campus tours are available by appointment year-round.

  • Age Eligibility: Students must meet the required age by September 1 of the upcoming school year. (Example: Pre-K applicants must be 4 years old by September 1.)

  • Potty Training: Students must be fully potty trained before enrollment.

BCA Application Process

STEP 1

REVIEW & PRAY

  • Review the financial information, BCA Handbook, and application.

  • Discuss and pray about this important decision as a family.

  • At least one parent must be a church-attending Christian to enroll a student at BCA.

STEP 2

APPLY ONLINE

  • Submit the online application beginning in February.

  • Applications are considered complete once the non-refundable registration fee is paid, and all records and recommendation forms (teacher, school administrator, and family pastor) are received.

  • Many grade levels are at capacity—please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@bca.org with enrollment questions.

STEP 3

ASSESSMENT

  • K5 through 12th-grade applicants will be assessed.

  • The assessment will be scheduled once the application is complete and all necessary documents are received.

STEP 4

INTERVIEW

  • A family interview may be required for Pre-K through 12th-grade applicants.

  • Pre-K & Elementary School Interviews: One or both parents attend.

  • Middle & High School Interviews: One or both parents and the student attend.

Please note: BCA administration reserves the right to deny acceptance at any point in the process based on admission standards.
