At Bethany Christian Academy, we understand the financial commitment families make when choosing private education. We are dedicated to assisting need-based families with financial aid opportunities to help make this investment in their child’s future attainable.
Our goal is to partner with families in meeting this lifelong investment in their children’s education. Therefore, a limited amount of financial assistance is available to qualifying applicants.
Financial Aid Process
Families seeking financial aid should contact the Business Office at admin@bca-edu.org for details on the application process.
Eligibility & Application Process

The Bethany online admissions application and $150 non-refundable application fee must be submitted prior to submitting a financial aid application.

Financial aid is awarded based on financial need and availability of funds.

Applicants who receive financial aid must reapply each year.

Tuition assistance is applied only to yearly tuition and is not applied to fees.
State Scholarship Programs
Bethany Christian Academy participates in Florida's state scholarship programs, including:

Step Up for Students (School Code: 8065) – Provides financial aid to eligible Florida students attending private schools.

Florida Special Needs Scholarship (FES-UA, formerly McKay & Gardiner) – Funds can be applied to Skills services and tuition but cannot be used for uniforms, athletic fees, or other expenses.

Giving Opportunities
Our desire is to ensure that financial aid is available to families with demonstrated need. Bethany Christian Academy welcomes donations of any amount to support our unrestricted scholarship fund.
