Tuition & Financial Policies

Registration Fees

  • New Student – Due at the time the application is submitted.

  • Returning Student – Billed annually through Continuous Enrollment.

Annual Fees

Annual fees help cover major facility improvements, curriculum, Chromebooks (grade-specific), and other overhead costs not covered by tuition. Fees also include free admission to all home athletic and performing arts events for immediate family members (excluding playoffs and theatre performances).

School Students
  • Payment Schedule: Split into two equal payments, due June 1st and July 1st.

  • Late Enrollment: If accepted after July 1st, the total fees are due at the time of acceptance.

Annual Tuition & Payment Schedule

  • Tuition can be paid in full or through a flexible payment schedule.

Payment Options:

  • Annual Payment – Full tuition payment due by August 1st (or before the student’s first day if accepted after August 1st)

  • Quarterly Payments – Tuition is divided into four equal payments, due on August 1st, November 1st, February 1st, and May 1st.

  • Monthly Payments – Tuition is spread evenly over ten months, with payments due on the 1st of each month from August to May.

  • Weekly Payments – Tuition is divided into weekly installments, due every Monday.

 

All payments must be made through Tuition Management. A $40 late fee will be assessed for any unpaid balance after the 10th of each month.

Additional Charges

The following incidental charges are billed separately from tuition:

  • Sports fees

  • Middle School Extended Day program

  • Field Trips (if applicable)

  • Skills Development

Late Admissions

  • If a student is accepted after August 1st, tuition is prorated based on the start date.

  • Annual fees and the first tuition payment are due at the time of acceptance.

Tuition Discounts

All discounts apply only to tuition and do not apply to annual fees or other charges.

 

Full Payment Discount

  • A discount will be applied to tuition for those who pay in full by August 1st (or before the student’s first day if accepted after August 1st).

 

Pastoral Discount

  • Full-time pastors may be eligible for a tuition discount.

  • Contact the Business Office at admin@bca-edu.org for more details.

Scholarships & Financial Assistance

State Scholarship Programs

  • Step Up for Students (School Code: 8065) – Scholarship funds can be applied toward tuition and fees.

  • Florida Special Needs Scholarship (FES-UA, formerly McKay & Gardiner) – Funds can only be applied to Skills services and tuition.

  • Scholarship funds cannot be used for uniforms, athletic fees, or other expenses.

 

Financial Assistance

  • The BCA Financial Aid Committee allocates financial aid to qualifying families.

  • Eligibility: Students must be in good academic and behavioral standing.

  • Families must contact the Business Office at admin@bca-edu.org for financial assistance inquiries.

Waiting List

  • If a class is full, families may request to be placed on the waiting list until a space becomes available.

  • A non-refundable application fee must be submitted for a student to be placed on the waiting list.

  • Waitlists are year-specific and do not roll over to the next academic year.

Withdrawals

  • The BCA Withdrawal Form (available from registrar@bca-edu.org) must be completed and submitted to the Registrar.

  • Withdrawals after April 30, 2025, will be assessed a $500 withdrawal fee.

  • Application fees, annual fees, and tuition are non-refundable.

  • Tuition is due through the end of the month in which the student attended school, regardless of the number of days attended.

  • Student records will not be released until all accounts are paid in full.
